We boarded the bus from Deerwalk Complex at 7:35 AM after all formalities were completed. We arrived at Changunarayan Temple. We took a round of the temple with a beautiful sunrise and had our breakfast. Our hike officially began at 9:45 am.
We found the hike challenging because of the stairs and uphills and the most fun part was when we were divided into groups of 4 and we were all separated from each other for around an hour and we all had different stories to tell. The distance and weariness fully depleted us till we arrived at our destination at 3:45 PM . Even though we were scattered and whining about the lengthy journey, once there, we realized it was well worth the effort with the amazing view all around from Nagarkot view tower.
After enjoying the view, taking pictures, we headed back to the bus at 4:00 pm. While heading back we had Thakali at Nagarkot which was the best part of the hike. After having the food, we headed towards Deerwalk Complex having a lot of fun with our seniors and friends.
