Previously, I had gone hiking to Tiger Tops Hill in Pokhara. Although I had been there once before with my family, this time felt completely different and much more exciting because I was with my friends from school. Everything becomes more fun when you are surrounded by your close friends, and this hike proved that perfectly.

We started our journey from the bottom of Kafalghari. From school, we traveled by van, and the ride itself was full of laughter and loud conversations. While going uphill, we took the main road, which was wider and easier for vehicles. The view outside the window looked beautiful, with greenery on both sides and fresh morning air coming in. On our way back, we used a different route, which made the whole experience feel new and adventurous.

The most interesting and enjoyable part of the journey was that we kept singing and dancing almost the entire way. Someone would start a song, and soon everyone would join in. Our van felt like a small concert hall. We only stopped once to take a short rest and drink some water. Around 1 P.M., we finally reached the top. Surprisingly, we were not very exhausted, just a little tired and quite hungry.

As soon as we reached, we quickly opened our bags and had our snacks. After eating, we visited a beautiful resort owned by the parents of one of our school students. I was truly impressed by their warm hospitality and kindness. The resort had an old traditional theme, with wooden designs and cultural decorations that enhanced its beauty and gave it a peaceful vibe. It felt calm and welcoming at the same time. We even had a small jamming session there, where we sang folk songs together. It was such a wholesome and happy moment that I will always remember.

From the top of Tiger Tops Hill, we witnessed the breathtaking views of Fewa Lake and Begnas Lake. Both lakes looked stunning from above, shining under the sunlight. The cool breeze and the amazing scenery made everything feel magical. Interestingly, we took many photos while going up, posing and making funny faces, but while returning, we were so tired and relaxed that we did not take any pictures at all.

Sadly, it was our last hike of the year 2082. Even though it was the final school trip with my friends for that year, it turned out to be one of the most memorable and special moments of my life.

Thank you.
