Pralhad Dhungana
The day began with vibrant energy as we assembled at the Deerwalk Complex, loading equipments for the workshop in Dhading. Our journey kicked off at 7 AM, taking us through Kalanki, Chandragiri, Thankot, and Nagdhunga, and finally arriving at Deerwalk Dhading School in Dhunibesi. We reached the school right on schedule, and as the participants arrived, they enjoyed a hearty breakfast. Pravin Thapaliya inaugurated the training with an inspiring opening speech, after which we also had our breakfast. We had a delightful adventure experiencing the workshop and hike on the same day.
Post-breakfast, we set off for a hike to Teen Chhange Jharana. Our route took us from Naubise, Dhading, starting at Shree Chandidevi Basic School in Dobhan. We trekked uphill for about 1.5 hours, and despite the exertion, we eventually reached the beautiful Teen Chhange Jharana. We took a refreshing dip in the waterfall and snapped some memorable photos.
Reinvigorated, we journeyed back to Naubise, passing through Kerabari and Jamuni. Once in Naubise, we enjoyed a delicious lunch and refreshments at Thakali Bhanchha Ghar which was referred by Shekhar Sir from Dhading School. After lunch, we made our way back to Deerwalk, entertaining ourselves on the way. After reaching Deerwalk Complex, we had a tea and concluded the day with some delightful sweets i.e. rasmalai before heading home.
