We started late from college. Sunday, 16th July was the day we decided to go on a one day hike to Pathivara temple from DWIT complex. We started our journey from college and reached to Lele. We had our breakfast there and our hike officially began from there. We already started to get the vibes since the moment we walked out of DWIT premises. The day had just began and I knew it would be memorable one.
Up and down the hills, we walked until we were not able to catch our breath.
Up and down the hills, we walked until we were not able to catch our breath. Not to forget leeches were the center of attraction of our hike. Little did we know the scenarios would make us forget all our pain and struggle to reach the top. We had snacks at the ground aside the Pathivara temple and walked to Lamdada from where a marvelous view of Kathmandu valley was seen. We met DWIT bus there and moved to Kathmandu for delicious thakali food. The hike was one hell of a journey. Thank You DWIT Hiking and Adventure Club for organizing such hike.

I have been always fond of hiking. Since I heard about hiking to Lele I was very excited. The hike started from Lele bazaar.
First we enjoyed typical newari breakfast at Lele bazaar.
First we enjoyed typical newari breakfast at Lele bazaar. Then we continued with our hike. On reaching nallu river we had short interaction with the locals. Finally at the end we reached the Pathivara temple. Overall the hike was pretty exciting. I hope to be part of other hiking events in the coming future.
