Koshi flood victims trying to get back to their own land and adapt to their new sandy environment. This picture was shot while me and some of my collages were traveling to Purbanchal (Eastern Part of Nepal).

Motion blur at the foreground is obvious as this picture was clicked from the moving vehicle. Issue raised by the picture description does have gravity. Picture could be a very strong photo-news if approached having news perspective and put an effort to reach them on foot. If accessible, I would have composed this picture allowing the people, livestock and their huts fill one third of the frame. Technically, this is underexposed picture and could be corrected easily using level in Photoshop (checking histogram).
