This Tihar, EU team members organized EU Deusi Bhailo program to mark the beginning of a fund raising event. As Everest Uncensored has been officially registered as an NGO, this event was particularly targeted to raise some fund and at the same time have some fun during the auspicious festival of Tihar.
The event was continued for 2 days (Oct 18-19, 2009). “EU Deusi Bhailo” card was emailed in prior to all the managers of D2HawkeyeServices, the place of EU’s origination. A group of EU team members went to the residence of the managers and had a great time celebrating the event.

Thanks sangharsha for informing us about EU deusi program so that we could join you guys. With this deusi this year’s tihar became the special one. Though we could not stay till late evening with you…the time spent together DEUSING will always be remembered 🙂
Oh the talented young man and a talented young boy sharing Deusi lyrics, good. Is that Bhuwan Shrestha’s son?

Yes Sangharsa, “18 Dez enjoys Tihar ko Sel” is cool, this circle figure is life of Tihar, no selroti, no tihar, Alas, I don’t have any photo with selroti, else, i’d have replaced Dzoop.
Vishnu ji, we can never forget the hospitality bestowed upon the deusi team by you and Bhaauju. Preparing a number of best dishes , many of which I tasted for the first time in my life, and continuing to serve till 4:00 AM in the morning, else, we could have fallen into long bed rest due to the cold night efforts to help collect some money to distribute for poor and needy.
Vishnu ji, God will bless you ever and ever for your generous help.
Hamro photo ta khichnai birsechha ni… kya bore bhayo!!!:(
I miss the Sweetest Juices starting from Kumar’s Home.
Bishwadeep and Sangharsha thank you liking my small place. To me world is a place to share what you have with others and originate the harmony that fit for you and me.
If this is the case for us you are always welcome to my place. Thanks for the night that we lived together!!!
Wow, it was a great experience.
I feel very glad, specially when we could collect ourselves despite the short notice.
We played, sang, danced & to a large extent – fulfilled our target!
My special thanks to Anish & Rajendra for their guest appearance (we’re all thankful to you).
Thanks to guest participants as well…
Indeed DHK, the shooting spree at Swayambhu was almost same as we had last year… except we couldn’t visit Basantapur.
… the lights on the road… yeah D2 didn’t think putting up some Tihar lights would be a good idea. 🙂
btw, my fav pic is “18 Dez enjoys Tihar ko Sel” – most of us might not know, this photo was once deleted and later recovered 🙂 Dez – i hope you loved the Sel!
& Bishwadeep, YOU ROCK. it was one of the soothing evening (morning, actually) we had in Vish dai’s home.
Missed all those fun … really really missed the end part 😀
It was really a great night. Actually, i loved the end part of EU’s deusi at vishnu dai’s house :).
Indeed a marvelous step forward. Miss it hard! but glad to see you all in action 🙂 felt like i was there among u guys.
When I watched pic 2 in fullscreen… oh that was terribly nostalgic. Did you guys do fireworks there this time too?
Pic31 – cool shot.. but seems D2 was dark when all the neighbors were poured by lights.
it started with a handful of people, ended up with generating some handsome amount for EU, great achievement, I must say, go EU go, btw, I had fun too, playing guitar after years was lively, my fingers tips ached rest of the evening though :P, looking forward for more such events …
