The official visit to US was one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences. It all started with the news from Pramod dai saying that I had been selected for the US visit. Naturally, I was very excited to get a chance to visit Deerwalk office in US.

I reached US in Nov 22, Wednesday. I reached there just in time to celebrate Thanksgiving. It was my first Thanksgiving with delicious food prepared by my uncle’s friend. I joined Deerwalk office after the long weekend. Abanish dai introduced me with the staffs in the US office. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The meeting rooms were almost always occupied with client calls, meetings and presentations. We had standups every day at 10 AM. The ambiance of office was very good. There were beautiful trees and ponds in the office premises.

The Deerwalk Christmas party at a nearby restaurant was very enjoyable. There were baby pictures of everyone in the wall and we had to make a guess of who it belonged to.

Our apartment was located in a nearby place at Waltham. The superb Hardy pond was just a 10 mins walk from our apartment. During my stay in Boston, I visited a few places like Harvard University, MIT, New England Aquarium, Downtown Boston, Quincy Market etc. One of the highlights of my stay was watching the basketball match at TD Garden of Celtics Vs Mavericks. The environment in the stadium was just awesome. My next visit was to Virginia, Washington DC and New York. Times Square, White House (DC), Statue of Liberty and Freedom Tower were the best ones.

Lastly, my thanks goes to Deerwalk family, B1 Gang and my relatives. It was an excellent experience for me that will help me grow personally and professionally.
