As we all know that our country is in deep sorrow because more than 50,000 people have been rendered homeless and several have gone missing since the Saptakoshi River damaged two dam spurs and flooded human settlements in Sunsari. The victims are prayerful for the help.

Expressing a deep sorrow over the incident of Sunsari district, K and K College has decided to act for collecting relief measures (cash, food stuffs, medicines, cloths and other essential items) from K and K College and some networking organizations for the victims by formulating 15 members “K and K Flood Relief Committee” under the chairmanship of Mr Suman Prasad Shrestha, Principal of K and K College.

Similarly, “K and K Flood Relief Fund” has also been opened with the help of Sunrise Bank Ltd., Tinkune to collect the relief cash for the victims. We would like to request all to contribute your support on K and K Flood Relief Fund. The Account no. of the fund is 00600687 OS

In the meantime, the first meeting of K and K Flood Relief Committee has decided to spread the information massively through email for collecting the relief measures so that it will be easy to collect as much as relief materials for the flood affected people. It is also decided that the team will visit the affected areas and distribute the collected relief materials soon. The 15 members ‘K and K Flood Relief Committee’ comprises,
