423. Playing with the wood

Description :
This photo was taken a few weeks back in Bhaktapur. These men were busy carving wood along with enjoying the winter sun. When I asked what would he turn it into, he replied he was developing an upper frame for an old type window.
Hats off to all wood carvers and to the skill in their hands to turn an ordinary log of wood into beautiful shapes with equally beautiful carvings on it
