This is in response to an article by Mr. Rudra Pandey about engineers of Pulchowk Campus and Nepal in general. I wrote two of these blogs couple of months back which i think will relate to what he is saying. I graduated from IOE Pulhowk so i very much feel the same way what he feels i think i knew what was wrong.. atleast in my case.
