Celebrating the Fest – Happy Tihar

The name Tihar means the festival of lights, where many candles are lit both inside and outside the houses to make it bright at night. The five-day festival is considered to be of great importance as it shows reverence to not just the humans and the Gods, but also to the animals like crow, cow and dog, who maintain an intense relationship with the humans. 1. Nice work Ravi…its like pictures turning alive with the magic of your hands, miles apart but can still feel the warmth of those lights, smell the fragrance of marigold. I can not comment on the technicalities of the images, but you are doing it awesome. May this festival help you grow leaps and bounds. Thumbs up.

  2. @ Lovely :- Thanks for your suggestion. Will consider it next time while posting collection of another Photo Walk Series.

  3. Beautiful and lovely photos.

Just a note why do you guys hesitate to write individual photographer’s name along with the caption?

  4. This is probably one of the best photo collections… I just fell in love with individual photo. Each pic has a different story to tell that’s detailed enough. The colors and the lights seem to add upon the beauty of the regardless beautiful evening.

Hats off to each of you guys…Simply awesome.
