Photo Description:
The picture was taken at Basantpur Durbar Square during Nepa New Year 1133. A few tourist are seen in festive mood, intermingling themselves to the annual celebration of the Newar community. Dressed in the local attire they seem happy to be at the moment, embracing the beginning of something afresh, looking forward with hopes anew.
