I heard every day 3 people in Nepal die due to accident.
He trying to commit suicide? Since this shot is taken from inside of the vehicle this guy has every chance of being hit by any of the vehicles.

This is how Nepal is? Freedom to do anything, there are no rules for the road. Even so called “educated” people do not follow the rules on the road.
